A Helping Hand

My good friend Cristin needs your help.

Cristin volunteered in Haiti a few years ago, along with her husband Zach.
Since the disaster happens she has been in a way, beside her self, wanting to help but not knowing how.

A year ago, a close friend of hers, Heather Nozea and her Hatian husband Gerson, started Growing Hope for Haiti, a non-for-profit founded to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of the people of Haiti. Since the disaster they have been working around the clock to help. Heather and Gerson are both flying to Haiti within the next week with doctors and nurses. With their knowledge of the country and the creole language they can serve a s a very valuable asset to a country in such dire need.

...and here is where you come in....

Cristin has dedicated herself to donating 90% of her Etsy shop profits to help get Heather and Gerson to Haiti. Please visit Cristin's shop and purchase a scarf, a headband or even some stationary products. You can help out a great cause while also staying warm and toasty!

If you want to know more about Heather & Gerson Nozea's efforts please go to Growing Hope for Haiti, and stop by Cristin's blog Living Greenlee to read the letter from Heather talking about their planned efforts, and news of Gerson's family.
