wiggle wiggle

I am officially a bookworm!
I made a goal at the beginning of the year... a resolution of sorts
to finish 50 books by the end of the year 2011.
Well ladies... I am on my 50th book right now!!!
Granted, some of the books i've read were quick reads... but still...50!
(There are a few more, but they didn't fit)

What should I read next?!?
I already read The Hunger Games last year, and LOVED it!
A few books on my list are:
Racing in the Rain, by Garth Stein
Room, by Emma Donoghue
Matched, by Ally Condie
A Homemade Life, by Molly Wizenberg
The Jack Reacher series, by Lee Child
One Day, by David Nicholls
Smokin' Seventeen, by Janet Evanonvich
Any other suggestions?! Nothing is jumping out to me at the moment and I want a book that I just can't put down! Even old classics would be fun to read. :)

50?! That's impressive. I LOVED One Day, so I back up that choice. Kristin Hannah is my new fave - On Mystic Lake is up there. And I'm reading The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, and I am so in love with it!

You must read "One Day", it was my book of the year last year!

I've just finished "Midnight in the Garden of Good And Evil" and loved it - it's set in Savannah.

Am currently on holiday in France, been here 4 days & am just starting my 4th book!! I love holiday reading :)

50 books is something no matter how light they were! I've been meaning to read the Charlaine Harris series. :)

Racing in the Rain was a great read, and I definitely recommend it. :) Read it two months ago, and since I have a pup, it was definitely a sweet one. :)

If you're looking for old classics that you can't put down, you can't beat the books from the Sherlock Holmes series...I downloaded the complete works onto my Kindle for something like $3 (you can find them for free, but I splurged on the fancy illustrated edition).

I am also currently looking for new books...maybe I'll check out some of the ones on your list.
