then im off to swim my 50 laps for the day...
Come back home...read 3 articles...
shower...
go to class...
REALLY not feeling it today...
Know what i'd rather be doing?
Walking into the kitchen, making an entire batch of cookies...
stealing some dough...mmmmm....
baking said cookies
and EATING THEM ALL!!!!!!
sigh...
if only they made a cookie that burns fat!
How do you get motivated on days when you just aren't feeling it?

I can't tell you much about how to stay motivated. I don't have it myself these days.
oh i know how you feel! :) i usually look at pictures of really in shape girls to remind myself what i'm working towards and that helps motivate me. and even if not, i just make myself put my shoes on. then i make myself leave the house. then i make myself start walking towards the gym. usually i still don't want to work out, but i do. good luck lady!
You can do it! Just think of the things you have to come....

i'm rarely motivated. i just do it. that or i think about how i will feel after. that always helps.
