Auntie Em! Uncle Henry!!!

I'll get you my pretty! And your little dog too!!!

Yeah, ok, sooo i'm not in a tornado, as you may have guessed... but my life is for SURE a whirlwind and visions of wedding vendors, deadlines and schedules are flooding my head making everyone a little more stressed...even the dogs!
Sorry for my sporadic posting lately, and I have to admit I am honored you are all sticking with me!!!
In addition to being hit with the worst allergies I have seen in quite sometime, I have had quite a bit going on to prepare for. And I have been having trouble breathing due to allergies, so the gym has been out....which makes me sad. I want to go, but I just haven't been able to... sigh... maybe tomorrow night!
Here is what is coming up for me this week:

Wednesday (tomorrow)
11:00a.m. meeting with our venue to work out all the details. Lunch with my mom and Spencer. Hopefully stopping off at a linen/chair place to pick out table clothes for the big day. Meeting at 4:00 with our florist to finalize floral plans and make sure we've let her know of the big change from deep crimson, purples and yellows to bright pinks, corals, gold and orange. The colors of a setting sun.
After that I will be coming home and hopefully hitting the gym, watching the finale of America's Got Talent and a new episode of America's Next Top Model. Spencer will be meeting up with his groomsmen and shoe shopping for the wedding! They are total geeks about shoes and just refuse to wear the rental shoes (but who can blame them!)

Thursday:
Possible interview. Nothing too exciting...part-time work... I haven't decided whether or not to go. Seems like a great job, but I would have to work another job to make it do-able... After that I will be hitting the gym and possibly heading over to Spencer's sisters house for a job to help her get ready for this weekend. Clean, paint, you know...anything she needs help doing. If I haven't mentioned it before...Spencer's sister and brother-in-law bought a 100 year old Russian Orthodox Church here in Kansas City and are rehabbing it to live in! It's pretty awesome, and happens to be the location of my bridal shower this saturday! You can see their progress here. Once I get home I might have to catch the next episode of Nikita (premiered last week and pretty good) and maybe catch up on greys, fringe, bones, etc. for the premieres next week! EEP! I can't wait to find out what happens on all of those shows! They really left us hanging on who lives and who dies!!!

Friday:
Main Goal: make sure all bills are paid... why is it everything ends up being due on the same day all the time?! Crazy! I also plan to hit the gym for a bit and get in a good sweat, and head over to Sarah's. She's making big pompoms for the shower to string around the church, and I just can't help it! I love a good arts and crafts project! Something about fluffing paper and making pretty things just gets me so excited! I can't help it! I am thinking a trip to the park with the dogs may be in order. Wear them, and myself, down so that we can get a good nights sleep and wake up bright-eyed and bushy tailed!

Saturday
Bridal Brunch at 10:30AM! This shower is being thrown by Spencer's sister and aunts and will have all of the ladies on his side of the family (and they are a LARGE family of ladies!) My mom, sister and grandmother will also be coming and it will be wonderful to give everyone a chance to meet one another! I can't wait! I just know they will do an amazing job and it will be a lovely event! I can't wait!!! I already have my outfit planned and I can't wait to wear it!

Whew! I told you it was a whirlwind! Tonight Spencer and I went to dance class and learned the Fox Trot. I'm not sure if I like it more than the Rumba or not! Next week it's the cha cha and we'll just have to keep practicing each one until we can decide which direction to go for our first dance! (might help if we pick our song soon too!!) Well, i'm exhausted and i'm sure you all are tired of reading this long post! I promise I will visit all of your pages soon!!!!!!
Hugs & Kisses!

Boo for your allergies lady :( Mine have been kicking my butt lately. And look at how organized and planned your week is! I have no idea what the heck I'm doing tomorrow!!

I think you should go to the interview for sure. Even if you don't take the job, interviewing is always good practice!!
