There has been a lot of activity around the house tonight! We got our first snow of the season! A nice layer of white powder slowly covered the grass tonight and the girls and I patiently waited for Spencer to get home so we could all go play in it for the first time!
The girls were very curious!
When Spencer got home we got them bundled up in their new matching sweaters...
...and then it was time to play!
They were a little cautious at first...
but they are quick learners!
Mia ran and played as fast as she could!
Betty liked chasing snowballs! But, she couldn't figure out where they all went when they hit the ground!
She got a very cold noise from all the sniffing and decided it was time we should all go inside, so she led the way and we all followed.
Overall the girls LOVED the snow, and I can't wait for the next snowfall when it's a little deeper!!!

I'm so happy you got your first snow! Finally! We are supposed to get hit really hard with the same snowstorm you had either tonight but for sure tomorrow. They say there may be a foot of accumulation! WOAH! (I'm not trying to rub it in, but being a fellow 'MO gal, I get excited when more than 2 inches are on the ground!) Enjoy the beautiful snowflakes!

How in the world did you make it snow on your blog?! I would say that that is the cutest thing ever...but then I saw the photos of your oh so adorable puppies in their matching sweaters in the snow, and I have decided that THAT is the cutest thing ever! :) So jealous of all that snow! We don't get very much of that here in Nashville! :(

my gussy doesn't care for the snow much, he can only stand out there for a few minutes but sometimes he does run around like crazy in it.
we had our first snow yesterday as well, i'm not a fan! at all!
